We are more powerful when we empower each other. I'm proud to be part of East Coast Podiatry where everyone encourages, motivates, and supports each other. Our diverse backgrounds allow us to ensure that our patients are well taken care of whilst providing outstanding customer service. Our team values the significance of teamwork and synergy which allows room for innovation and self-initiative while providing great learning opportunities.
As a team leader, I wanted to continue to be a positive influence and lead by example, a leader that makes a difference, and able to inspire the team by showing them how amazing they are.

The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude. Be kind, but not weak. Be bold, but not bully. Be thoughtful, but not lazy. Be humble, but not timid. Be proud, but not arrogant.
Despite the challenges, I constantly remind myself that I am prepared to take advantage of the great opportunities presented to me. This makes me ever ready to take all that is coming in my way positively.
As a leader, I believe that leading the team does not mean ruling the people and getting work done. It is walking with them and doing work together. Being a great leader also means to never stop learning. I constantly pick up new skills in order to be someone my team can depend on. One very important way to do great work is to love what you do.
And I absolutely love what I’m doing here at East Coast Podiatry!

Being a Nurse isn't only about being seeing in a white uniform at a hospital, sometimes they are wearing maroon and work at East Coast Podiatry. Yes, I am a Nurse, and the key is having a heart that is always ready to serve, help people to stand on their feet, and make a difference in their daily lives wherever it is. East Coast Podiatry gives me the opportunity to practice my profession in a very challenging and distinct way. Helping our patients get through their difficult time is extremely rewarding.
I'm so proud to be part of this company who allows me to grow and continue my passion to care for others. And I believe at ECPC, we are united to achieve our goal to inspire people to walk strong and be on their best foot always.
