I was served by Podiatrist Lewis on my third visit at Novena. He is very friendly and easy to communicate. He took effort to re adjust the shoe laces of my sport shoes and asked me if I feel better before doing it again. He also took effort to show where I can get or / what i should look out for in hiking shoes when I relocate overseas plus offering to provide advise over whatsapp when I need advice. It is a pity that I could not continue physical consultation but I am glad that I’ve made the right choice to choose East Coast Podiatry to make my first insole that has improved my walking and activity.
