Certain policies may not offer direct billing without an LOG/ GOP. Our clinic staff can check on your eligibility and request for an LOG/ GOP from Allianz or Bupa on your behalf.

If an LOG/GOP is issued, you may enjoy cashless services subject to the terms indicated on the guarantee. Your claims outcome will still be subject to a final assessment by your insurer. You will need to make payment for services that are not covered by your insurer.
