  • The 0% interest payment plan is not applicable for partner or bank-issued American Express credit cards.
  • A one-time processing fee of up to 3% applies for the Atome Pay-In-6 plan.
  • Cardholders should refer to their bank’s website for further information.

We accept multiple payment modes, including cash (SGD) and major credit cards, ensuring a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Eligible credit cards issued by various banks can also be used with our 0% interest installment payment plans to help manage costs over time.

Can I pay in installments, and what does a 0% interest installment plan mean?

Yes, eligible credit cards offer the option to split your payments over 3 to 12 months with no interest charges. However, American Express cards issued by certain banks may not qualify, and the Atome Pay-In-6 plan includes a one-time processing fee of up to 3%.

Will I receive a breakdown of costs before starting my treatment?

Absolutely. During your consultation, our podiatrists will review your condition, outline the recommended treatments, and provide a detailed breakdown of all related fees, ensuring you have a clear understanding of expected costs before moving forward.

Can I use my Medisave, CHAS, or Pioneer Generation Cards for payment at East Coast Podiatry?

Currently, we do not accept Medisave, CHAS, or Pioneer Generation Cards for payment. These government-supported schemes are typically applicable to specific subsidised healthcare services that we do not provide. However, we offer a range of other flexible payment modes, including 0% interest credit card installment plans, to make our services more accessible.
