Maria did the initial diagnosis and suggested shockwave therapy for the treatment. The pricing of this treatment plan was made transparent to me (~$4000) and at no point was I “pressured” into taking it up. I took the time to look into the nature of my injury and the treatment suggested, and Maria was happy to answer the questions I had.
Though steep (in price), I accepted that the treatment suggested was my best chance at recovering fully (which is crucial for my line of work), and went through with it. Daveena was the one who handled every one of my shockwave therapy sessions from the 2nd session onwards, and was very professional, accomodating, and answered my questions readily.
I feel that I should mention that the administrative staff displayed integrity by letting me know I could use any brand of sports tape for the ankle taping, instead of insisting I buy the one they offer in-house.

Always had an excellent experience at this place. The receptionists are very on top of everything and my appointments with Maria have been very worthwhile. I have ultrasound to identify inflammation and then electric therapy for aiding recovery. She is very informative and good to talk to. They have helped me recovery quickly from injury several times now ! Highly recommend their professional service

My child have been under the care of Ms Maria since her days at Kembangan who is now in Orchard. The team have since expanded and Ms Farishah has been helping with my child’s massage for the calf muscles. They are always friendly, cheerful and welcoming.
