I came in with quite a bit of pain in my big toe joint and was worried it might be gout. Dr Peggy Tian quickly put me at ease, diagnosed it as overuse, and recommended custom insoles and better footwear for my flat feet. She also suggested extracorporeal shockwave therapy, which really helped. I walked in limping and walked out almost pain-free. Dr Peggy has a great mix of professionalism and warmth, and made the whole experience feel very manageable. Highly recommend her if your feet are giving you trouble.

Great service provided by the staff. From receptionist, podiatrist to therapist, everyone is very understanding and patient enough to explain your medical condition and the treatment plan. Treatment is also quite effective, as there is a wide variety of treatment available.

My mum saw Dr. Peggy for her foot pain and underwent extracorporeal shockwave therapy, followed by getting customized insoles. The insoles took about a month to arrive, but they were well worth the wait! Dr. Peggy was very patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I ignored my heel pain for many months. Turns out that it is plantar fasciitis. I had no idea I needed a podiatrist in my life until now. I googled about the pain and Facebook fed me info about East Coast Podiatry.

My podiatrists are Alex and Jordan, both very professional and passionate about my well-being. They genuinely care about my pain level and explained how different parts of the body contributed to the pain. They are friendly and speak “English” – not sentences laden with jargons and hard to understand words. 😁

I was treated with shockwave that promotes healing and prescribed exercise that will strengthen my toes, calves, thigh, and core. The exercises are effective and easy to follow. I also customized a pair of insoles with them. These insoles are very comfortable and easily exchanged between shoes.

We needed an emergency surgery for an ingrown toenail while on an international trip and we couldn’t have found a better place for it. We were able to get a same day appointment, surgery was done right onsite by Ms.Peggy who was very reassuring and calm, they scheduled us for aftercare as well which was another breeze of an appointment, in and out in 20 mins. We were glad we came to East Coast Podiatry in our hour of need, thank you for taking so good care of us.

Dr. Lai has been extremely helpful and he has always been quick to respond to queries. He was also very patient in addressing my questions. Dr. Lai also takes time to explain the management and exercises I need to help address my foot problems. I was attended by Podiatrist Ms Gayatri Ramesh when I visited the the clinic for my severe ankle inflammation and also gout condition. She conducted a diagnostic of my condition and I did a 6-session care plan to address my condition. My condition greatly improved and I recovered fully after the sessions. Ms Gayatri is a very warm person who keep her patients engaged throughout the sessions. Kudos to her. It’s a blessing for patients attended by her.

Jordan Williams delivered an excellent service! He was very calm and reassuring throughout my ingrown toenail surgery. After I rushed off at the end of my 2nd visit, Jordan sent me a video on how to use a special bandage to hide the dressing on my toe! I was so touched because it was not as straightforward as I thought. I just completed my 3rd and final visit this morning, I’m very impressed right till end. I was served by Podiatrist Lewis on my third visit at Novena. He is very friendly and easy to communicate. He took effort to re adjust the shoe laces of my sport shoes and asked me if I feel better before doing it again. He also took effort to show where I can get or / what i should look out for in hiking shoes when I relocate overseas plus offering to provide advise over whatsapp when I need advice.
